The LAEDC Annual Economic Forecast has been a lightning rod for progress for the past decade. It’s L.A.’s most iconic forecast event. It’s a highly anticipated and publicly visible event, which offers attendees valuable insights on the economic projections for the regional economy. Each year the Economic Forecast Report is shared and distributed to our audience.

LAEDC’s 88 Cities Summit convenes leaders from local governments to discuss the economic challenges and opportunities our communities face. The LAEDC leads timely discussions around LA County’s region and what it means for municipalities and communities.
LAEDC’s Institute for Applied Economics (IAE) will analyze the latest California unemployment data from the State’s Employment Development Department (EDD) and other economic development topics like key industries and jobs currently impacting LA County. This webinar is provided free as a public service for those in our region.
