Wynstan USA is an Australian company established in 1968 and has wanted a Los Angeles County manufacturing presence for several years. Wynstan does have showrooms in Culver City, Carson, Encino, Pasadena, Anaheim and Riverside and are looking to add other locations throughout the state.

The World Trade Center Association Los Angeles provided site search services through a resource partner at CBRE. BAP offered city, workforce development resource introductions and more. A 5-year lease was signed for the new Santa Fe Springs location and the site has been operational since March 2023.
