EV state & federal policy meeting, hosted by e4 Mobility Alliance

January 22, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Sponsored by Southern California Edison, this interactive public policy discussion will focus on ways to drive growth and job creation in the advanced transportation sector, especially electric vehicles and related ecosystems, here in the Los Angeles region.
With a new incoming federal administration with ambitious transportation electrification goals, and the new California 2030 target for all-electric new vehicles sales, this discussion will allow industry attendees and stakeholders to discuss the public policies, regulations, incentives and related economic drivers to spur greater job growth and accelerated environmental sustainability.
Featured speakers include State Senator Ben Allen and Tyson Eckerle of Go-Biz, the Governor’s office of Business and Economic Development, along with other great panelists and participants: CA Assemblymember Laura Friedman; Hillary Norton, Chair of California Transportation Commission; George Payba, Director, Electrification of Transportation Systems and EV Policy; Michael Cano, Deputy Executive Officer, LA Metro; Joseph Cryer, Associate Regional Planner, SCAG; with host Judy Kruger of LAEDC.
This quarterly meeting of the e4 Mobility Alliance is open to the public.
