Join us on October 27, 2025, at Antelope Valley College for a pivotal California Jobs First convening, the Catalyst to Impact Regional Summit. (Complimentary round trip shuttle service will be provided between a Los Angeles pickup location to Antelope Valley College) This gathering will bring together civic leaders, regional partners, and awardees to align efforts, celebrate progress, and chart the path toward equitable economic growth and climate resilience across Los Angeles County.

Attendees can look forward to:

  • Momentum in Action – From Planning to Catalyst Investments to Implementation, see how change is taking root across the region.
  • California Jobs First Spotlight – Explore the bold vision and impact shaping LA County and setting the pace for California.
  • Breakouts & Connections – Join interactive sessions with innovators, changemakers, and civic partners to spark collaboration and action.

Breakout Activity #1 Sign-Up: Panel Discussions

1. Catalyzing Inclusive Innovation: Partnering with Business for Community Impact

2. Unlocking Public Resources: Equitable Access to Government Partnerships & Funding

  • Learn how to tap into public resources and partnerships to ensure funding opportunities are accessible, inclusive, and community-centered.

3. Pathways to Opportunity: Education, Workforce, and Skills Alignment

  • Discover how education and workforce initiatives can be aligned to create meaningful career paths and strengthen local economies.

4. Building Resilient Futures: Infrastructure, Environment, and Community Prosperity

  • Examine how investments in infrastructure and environmental resilience can foster long-term community prosperity, support climate goals, and create quality local jobs.

Event Program:
The event program will be provided as the event approaches. 

Complimentary Food:
Please arrive by 10:30 AM to provide yourself time to enjoy our continental breakfast at the beginning of the event. Boxed lunch will also be provided.

Parking Instructions:
Parking at Antelope Valley College will be free in Lot E1 (see the map).

Complimentary Shuttle: Complimentary shuttle service is available from Los Angeles to Antelope Valley College. Seats are limited, so please indicate your interest in a shuttle reservation when you register. Details on how to reserve your seat will be shared ahead of the event.

Complimentary Gas Cards: For attendees who will be driving to the event, $50 gas cards will be distributed.
