Please join us on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 for a Town Hall discussion on creating health, opportunity and rebuilding our middle class, introduced by LA’s 41st Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and sponsored by The California Endowment.

Moderated by USC Professor Manuel Pastor, our panel will examine the drivers of the growing disparity of income and opportunity and discuss approaches to closing the gap, including economic mobility, inclusive educational opportunity, infrastructure innovation, and financial and governance reform.

Panelists include LAEDC’s  Bill Allen, Laphonza Butler, President of SEIU ULTCW, Dr. Beatriz Solis and Van Ton-Quinlivan, Vice Chancellor for Workforce and Economic Development at California Community Colleges.
