CEQA again used to block worthy jobs-creating project, in apparent deliberate misuse of Act’s noble intent.  LAEDC president and CEO Bill Allen and SCAG executive director Hasan Ikhrata coauthor op-ed discussuing the need for significant and meaningful reform to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to preserve the desired environmental protections while blocking the intentional misuse of the Act by special interests for non-environmental purposes.  Read the article HERE.
