Machinists participate in the manufacture clean technologies and their infrastructure. They may produce precision metal parts for electric vehicles utilizing special machining tools such as grinders, lathes, presses and milling machines. They also supervise the manufacture of these precision parts as well as provide maintenance to the machines used in the process.
